Where online can I buy a solar power panel that can charge up a simple car battery to full charge?

I am building a sun-power generator for a remote encampment/retreat!

I need to know anything ya’ll know about maintaining and holding length of charge in a simple car battery.

The idea is to drive as far as possible then take the battery out of the car and bring it with us to use an inverter to have house-hold power in the wilderness.

what are the components needed in order to make both: a solar-panel and the system to apply it to daily use?

I heard on an add (trying to be VERY persuasive for me to get the guide) that building solar panels, wind generators and the system to put them to use, is easy and much cheaper than getting the set and it implemented by specialist, but the guide cost $50 so i cant be bothered, but i would still be interested in learning more about it for free! So anyone got the know how?

Is there such thing as a portable, pocket sized, battery powered 120v outlet?

I’m going away on a trip and I really need one of these if they exist. I’m not looking for a generator… I mean something that is small and portable and preferably powered by batteries.
this is to charge my cell phone. im going to be camping and that means no outlets or generators or anything electrical for miles

How will we charge electric car?

The new electric cars like Chevy Volt.
If I take a real long trip in it, how would I charge it should it run flat half way through my trip?
